* Delivery time:
All equipment coloured in GreenGym's two signature colour combinations (Grey/Green OR Red/Blue/Yellow) can be shipped within 48 hours from the moment we receive a signed order form. Depending on the clients location in the US or Canada the shipment can take between 5 to 10 business days.
GreenGym will not be liable for any delays that occur due to delays at border and/or custom clearance. From time to time the US custom randomly chooses a container for inspection and the process can take between 4 to 10 days. However please be aware that these delays are rare and usually only 1-2 weeks at most.
The delivery time for all Custom Orders will be between 8-10 weeks. GreenGym will not be liable for any delays that occur due to delays in border and/or custom clearance.
** Back order policy:
At the time of order, if we face a full or partial backorder situation, GreenGym can, at your request, fulfill the order with all items instock and ship immediately. Please note that due to the independent nature of the individual units of GreenGym equipment, you can install single items as they are received. The remaining items will go on backorder. Backorder products are "out-of-stock" items. These stocks are awaiting delivery from our factory. When you order an item that is out of stock, you will be informed that part of your order is a "backorder". You may continue to place an order with the knowledge that delivery date for the specified back order items may be as long as 8-10 weeks. You will be notified when the back-ordered products arrive at our warehouse and are ready for shipment to you. The payment terms for orders that are partially or wholly placed on backorder will be 75% upfromt on all deliveries including partial deliveries.

We want to strongly encourage everyone to be as active as possible. Recreation will improve the quality of your life. As you exercise, you will improve your health and as you accomplish physical goals, you will build confidence and self-esteem. Find a sport or recreational activity that offers you a challenge. We are fortunate to provide fitness equipment that emphasizes the abilities and needs of the physically challenged.
